About the Artist: A native Texan, R.W. Hedge has traveled extensively to capture the glory of the American landscape and its wildlife on canvas. Teaching himself to paint when he was fifteen, he’s amazed by the miracle of nature. Ronnie recreates every nuance of color as it illuminates the surface because he’s there in person, painting breathtaking scenes full of light. “I paint things the way they look when I am actually there.
